My PhD thesis deals with passengers' decision-making in the airside settings of commercial airports, titled: "Passengers' food and beverage patronage intentions in commercial airports - a case approach".

The main objective of the research in question was to explore the situational and service brand factors that influence passengers in their decision at which outlet to consume within the airside setting.

The PhD was awarded in 2017.
